Hi everybody,I just found the podcast on Itunes, and I'm hooked.

If you haven't all ready, please read the Ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing found here:http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/25/topics/8357...Also, the podcasts on iTunes (biggerpockets) are amazing and GREAT for beginners learning the strategies, nomenclature, processes'.

I wonder if lenders will approve this for major rehabs or if they will deem it un-mortgageable.If anyone else has another way I would like to hear it as well, particularly if you know how to cash out refi and roll up the rehab costs with out seasoning it for six months.

If you haven't found the iTunes podcasts, I would start there listening to every single podcast starting with number 1.  

In The Snowball: Warren Buffett and the business of life, he tells tales of buying stock when all transactions were made and archived via paper.

There is also SO MUCH information archived on previous discussion threads.

I'm still working on delving into the archives.

Thanks for replying, even if the reply was done to a 'zombie thread' after some time of it being dead.As a newbie, it's super helpful to use the search function and go back troll through the archives to find valuable information like this buried deep.Thanks again.

The building is quite old and has lots of old/dated wiring that has made it un-rentable until it is rewired.

BP also has it's own podcast in itunes.
