--I'm not sure about a hot tub, but a pool, and especially a heated pool, definitely increases revenue.Last year, I helped in the same community where someone jumped the gun and launched his listing with homemade photos, mediocre descriptions, etc.

Biggest hassel here is the public health dept. and inspections, they want to knwo where you'll be at all times so they can come and inspect at any time.Depends on what you'll be serving, I ran a hot dog chili dog thing for a non-profit at a loacl fair.
