, what is your close in competition offering....and how much are they getting for it.It is downscale, but then again--so are some renters.Another option might be to just use the doors that are there, and slightly restyle the rest of the kitchen to get rid of the Matchy-Matchy/Frugal New Englander look--although that still leaves the down scale (homemade (???))
