The largest town has about 9,000 people and does have a Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Applebees, and a 99 Restaurant which is New Englands version of Chilis.

--I'm not sure about a hot tub, but a pool, and especially a heated pool, definitely increases revenue.Last year, I helped in the same community where someone jumped the gun and launched his listing with homemade photos, mediocre descriptions, etc. 

I (a novice) believed owning a home made you a home owner and owning a home along with another property to use for profit made you a REI.

Spent about $3500 for PM and small maintenance (granted, we were lucky nothing went wrong and that was an older, bigger more high risk home), made $66k for holding for just that extra year and betting on a strong market.

I invest in Henrietta and Chili around RIT and rent to mostly students, and also live in Henrietta as well/went to RIT.

But I don't bring my own home made food or drink into another eating establishment, not to mention food from another restaurant. 

I use an old ford explorer with no back seats and homemade utility trailer

Biggest hassel here is the public health dept. and inspections, they want to knwo where you'll be at all times so they can come and inspect at any time.Depends on what you'll be serving, I ran a hot dog chili dog thing for a non-profit at a loacl fair.

We've gotten candy,  Starbucks,  sweet handwritten thank you cards, homemade bread,  a lunch with a tenant,  and fifteen referrals in 11 years of doing this.  

A store that only sells homemade fresh pasta, ravioli, shells etc.
