My thoughts over these past 5 years of watching it reach new heights, pull back, and repeat, is that there has not been anything like it in at least my lifetime as far as the gains it has made and the ground it has covered. 

Taller height + flexible access points could increase its value!

Some that come to mind but not an exhaustive list in/around the city are Brighton Heights, Bellevue, Avalon, Carnegie, Crafton, Ingram, Beechview, Brookline, Troy Hill, Millvale, Etna, Sharpsburg, West View, Greenfield, Brentwood, Coraopolis, Bridgeville.
