I kind of think this really won’t have any noticeable effect on prices tbh, and frankly even a 2% reduction in net fees is so minor in the grand scheme of things, I mean 2% movements are basically random statistical noise at this point.

I am staying at Grand Prince and have a chauffeured car however I have been having extreme difficulties with communications.

I'm looking at purchasing a small retail/office space between Lansing and Grand Rapids, Michigan.  

I.am asking for quality help and advice maybe a voach.I have 300 to 340 grand of true equity (Remodel on a property nearly complete).

If I factor in additional $5,000 in upgrades it still hits a 30%+ CoC return....It certainly is not a grand slam, but for the extremely low barrier of entry, it seems like a solid base hit. 

I own Ko Cafe (722 Grand St @kocafejc), a coffee shop in Bergen Lafayette and we're always having conversations with owners, investors and the like on how neighborhoods are evolving!

There is also Metro North train station in Poughkeepsie to Grand Central NYC. 

I currently own investment properties in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Metro Detroit.

(Grandchildren,great grand, etc) What would the process be to purchase this property?

One alone would have cost me close to a grand to fix so it was worth it.I rolled the cost of the warranty into the rent amount and passed the "call out fee" on to the tenants.
