You also tend to get more frequent and better feedback than with an STR, if you treat your residents well.The last quadrant, unnecessary but not obviously so, is usually as a result of either converting an STR to an MTR or from remodeling above the standard needed.

When you open a business account the bank is required to gather Beneficial Owner information.

A request for honest feedback was requested and within the matter of hours/days, many of us were willing to comment. 

I didnt think of the operating agreement so I appreciate that feedback.
