I'm not saying that Brandon didn't do the work - he certainly built a substantial portfolio.

Based off of the podcasts I am listening to and other property management professionals that I network with, that has been the experience of portfolios across the states. 

I manage my own portfolio with the same systems and think that most investors would be happy with PMI perfirmance.

@Wale Lawal I would like to gain experience but like you said that is my long term goal to get appreciation and build a nice portfolio over time.
