I had to share this - I just couldn't resist!  

The other tenant I feel may be resistant to paying more since they have been paying half of the market price before. 

I think if I was banking on client representation as my #1 source of income i would flame out in about 5 minutes. 

I think part of the resistance is that we worry and we care.

This is a bit off topic but since I live in Kona I figured I could help clear the air (I couldn't resist) on the recent eruption's effects so far on Kona.

If you search through some of  @Bill Gulley 's old posts you'll see a lot of discussion on Dodd-Frank, the Safe Act, etc, their objectives and the resistance to them at the time they were brought into being.

Interestingly, after the dust settled this past weekend, turns out this new mc is close buds with the old one, uses the same accounting method and resists changing.

I don't think there is any cypress available here.I would not put wood shingle on a roof because of the fire risk, and I'd sure check with my insurance agent before I did the entire outside of a house with wood shingle.You can't hardly get insurance for a house with a shake roof, and I'd want some reassurance that there wasn't going to be a problem over the siding.There is a fire resistant manufactured siding that looks like wood shingles.
