I definitely understand everyone else's practical advice regarding "lifestyle investments" but also think there is something to be said about following what lights a fire for you! 

Lessons learned?

It makes us concerned about the safety of our funds.I can PM you the names and if its a legit response - I can update my view on the forum.

- Are there any resources / you tube vidoes/ or additional BP Videos I should be looking at- If anyone is so kind, would anyone be able to give me a tutoring lesson for any hour, and if so, I am willing to throw a little money for their time.

The spread wasn’t as wide as I’d hoped, but the experience was priceless (and so were the life lessons, aka “what not to do next time”).

I am managing those and feel like I have been drinking from a fire hose. 

We don't have any significant storms, floods, earthquake, wild fire or hurricane risks, which keeps insurance cost affordable.

If you buy in a vacation area there really is no safety net other than desirability/location…I guess just don’t pay up too much.
