@Sarah Rhee - Sorry to hear about your troubles, but it sounds like you are in a good position networth and equity wise.

The thing that some sellers are having trouble with is understanding that this is now a variable in the transaction where it use to be somewhat set at the beginning of the transaction.

With that said and depending on how rural it is you may be able to put gravel down and put a fence up and have RV and Boat storage.

Far more trouble than they are worth.

The problem I am having trouble solving is will purchasing these types of assets allow us to scale.
