I would run away.You have to think why the Red Roof Inn or Hilton didn't create a new hotel every 5 kilometers, it would create oversupply.The fantasy of Airbnb owner is assuming they are the only STR in the city LOL.

@Chris SullivanI am a big buy and hold believer and a big believer in real estate in general, but currently I am not renting out my houses on purpose...that's right..on purpose...My C & D class have been plagued with non payers and excuse makers..its been a nightmare...getting a completed eviction is like a fantasy right now.

@Chris Purcell hardmoney loan and Bridge are one in the same.if you have no money you need either and equity partner or you need to pay a lender going rate.. and your right if the deal does not have enough juice its a pass.. the HML won't do the deal anyway.the idea that real estate can be done in any meaningful way without the buyer having a good job good credit good savings and know how.. is just fantasy 99% of the time.. its all these folks wishing and dreaming of getting rich with NON of their own money.if you have no capital to start best bet is to find a capital partner..
