You will not only achieve a status upgrade in the market of RE investing, you are given the opportunity to have the knowledge to back it up.

It's been so bad here, that I bought an STR in Indiana with another business partner in 2024 because there are minimal opportunities here - unless you have the ability and budget to extensively source off market properties here.  

Would love to hear from folks with knowledge of the current market! 

I believe starting with something smaller will help me build the knowledge I need before considering larger deals down the road.

Once you start to get people in there to look at project to project, that will give you a baseline then you'll start to gain more knowledge on where you need to be on the pricing/estimates etc.

A lot of it is just greed and another part of it is lack of knowledge and ego.

He's a wealth of knowledge and we don't gatekeep.

A knowledgeable investor might see a beautiful opportunity hiding under a worn facade. 

But it is always better to buy than rent in my opinion, so I bought the best investment I could find based on my knowledge at the time.Sorry for the long-winded response!
