Knowledge and experience will lead to easier and greater enduring success if you intend to make the real estate business your profession.

And, yet ...There is more to successful and enduring real estate investing than just the numbers.

But this deal is 5 roofs, 5 mainlines, 5 paint jobs for properties that are probably enduring the max wear and tear.

A pitfall many investors endure, whether they rehab, wholesale, property manage MFR, landlord SFR, commercial consultant or whatever other title(s) that can be held... they forget that this is a business.

I for one have made bets that a relatively low rate environment will endure in the medium term.

Don't give up and remember people are succeeding with investing all they time its just all about consistency and endurance.

But bought it for cheap cash and it cash flows great if we can endure the constant revolving door of tenants.

My problem here is why do I have to endure noise of children who are not resident here.
