Going into this Memorial Day weekend, let us all remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice, and let us show gratitude to continue to be involved in such an empowering community such as this.

BUT the reality is that you are being affected/hurt by these things whether you know it or not, THEREFORE knowing about it would actually be empowering instead of hurtful.

The STR strategy will empower new investors to get to the next level, and grow that portfolio.

How about 08/09 housing collapse, Fed did exactly 0 to stop or forecast that, actually empowered it.
