After watching some of the podcasts and reading posts I am set on starting my real estate journey utilizing the house hacking strategy.

A little history on my investment real estate journey if we can call it that….Back in 2005 my wife and I bought our very first home when we were 24/25, 3 Bed, 1 ½ bath 1500 sqft single family home for $167,000.

It’s exciting to see you taking the first steps in your real estate journey.

Your education has cost you money, as education tends to.

EDUCATE YOURSELF - yes, it will take time, but will lead to a selection that better meets your expectations & avoids potentially costly surprises!

Although the journey has been worth it, I've sacrificed quite a bit from a personal lifestyle perspective, relationships, etc.

You may want to adjust your criteria a bit and sacrifice projected cash flow for stability and projectability.All the best to you in your investment journey!
