New construction already is very high in efficiency... why not focus on the existing stock that is in dire need of updating... because it would effect everyone who voted for these policy makers.... and this change would mostly effect those greedy developers anyways... 

As dire as it appears, We are very active and engaged.  3 housing groups have joined together to form the Rental Housing Coalition that is at the capital and on the phones daily lobbying representatives who are writing these bills and voting on them.  

Agents will strait up send that info to the seller directly AFTER the deal closes.   

My mom has been struggling to pay the mortgage on that house and has found herself in a financial mess and also is in dire need of retiring since she is 74 yrs old and not doing well health wise.

Maint is a profit center for them by:1) Charging $75/hour for a $20/hour guy to do stuff AND2) Sometimes arranging kickbacks with some contractors AND3) Overpricing "emergency" repairsI'd say make sure they understand, unless a dire emergency, that if it's over a number ($500?)

Coming out of the Coronavirus shutdown, a few months ago, we expected to see some properties in dire straits. 

I have not heard news that is quite as dire as "Very soon you won't be able to get any second home loans because the lenders will have their portfolios full". 

You may have a friend or familiar real estate agent who wants to help, but poor advice from someone unfamiliar with probate work could lead to dire consequences.Don't forget that any fees you pay a professional as part of setting the estate can be billed to the estate.
