Hey Chris, this sounds like a great idea to keep the fire lit for everyone.

I have to make sure we add lighting to that area so its appropriately lit, since adding new windows might be cost prohibitive for the budget.

Many people underlight a kitchen when it should be very well lit.

The seminar re-lit the fire within me and discovered Bigger Pockets while seeking an alternative source of knowledge and encouragement.After jumping on one Brandon's seminars I was convinced this was the community for us.

The rug is dirty and the hallways are very dimly lit.

If an investor says they can't find deals in CA... they are either lazy or dim.

For a cheapskate version.....I did a short blog post today on some "Classics of Landlord Lit" and I suspect you could get all 4 books mentioned for easily less than 50 bucks used, new maybe $100.
