As I understand it, the Small Business Administration (SBA) doesn't loan money, it partially guarantees a loan from an approved lender to a qualified borrower, so the money is owed to a lender, not the SBA. 

These properties were not distressed quite the opposite.. but they had 100k to 3 to 5 million of standing Timber on them that if we could purchase our Timber deed we could turn those trees to cash within 90 days..PS I had created a hand made custom data base of properties  10 acres or more not corporately owned that Aerial Photogramy show Standing Timber of an Age we deemed Merchantable.

If administrative costs are increasing due to the volume of total properties under management, then the monthly fee should increase across the portfolio to ensure there is no conflict of interest between the owners and property managers.As you can see in my 2015 financials below, I paid $9,876 on repairs.  

We have a data base of about 14k and recently engaged a data co to comb through and get better phone/emails as some of the entries may be on the dnc now and some still have aol lol.

The Congress and Administration need to get our fiscal house in order.

We have a Real Estate company and we accept assigned contracts from them ... they have a data base more active than clicks on Zillow....

Im optimistic that things will get back on track and Fossil Fuels will not take to much of a hit under a Biden Administration.

If you are going to outsource cold-calling you need to pay attention to the DNC list and make sure your database is run through there as there are going to be crackdowns on this even more coming soon.
