If your occupancy rate drops, you may able to patch the damage by trying other platforms but this will further decrease your ranking on the system in the future.

I was born and raised there, so I am very familiar with flood and wind damage from hurricanes.

However, with the condos, I do know that the in/out element is very very important.

I see some good info about down payments being bigger, buyer damages the house then defaults, etc..
