Read an article about a Texas home being sold for bitcoin, and this gave me an idea.I personally don't buy into bitcoin or any cryptocurrencies, but I see an opportunity of turning crypto into cash instantly.Sellers can pay a premium for accepting crypto transactions for their listing, but will receive premium price for accepting crypto from buyer.

Point being you will end up ahead of the game if you just pony up the coin & replace the roof prior to selling.

Taking a higher deposit on a high risk applicant is no better than flipping a coin.

Exploring coin laundry companies and systems available and I'm wondering which system or vendor might be recommended by the multifamily community?

Spend the extra coin and get higher class neighborhoods, skip the rough areas.

my ira is setup with an llc already, im wondering if that's possible to purchase some crypto's with that llc.

This upgrades either stainless steel appliances, expanding rooms, adding extras like coin laundry machine or parking.
