Does anyone have a go to LVP type/color for there buy and hold rentals?

You need more colorful accent walls, take those stickers down, it looks like you phoned this in and spend an hour theming the entire house with a $200 budget.

As long as the island granite/quartz countertop blends well with an overall design, does it matter what color I get?

Color in areas you are interested in with green and not interested with red.

When the drywall comes off you should see if you need any spray behind that...could also turn the insulation different colors.
