I'm confused. 

Kinda confused.

I apologize for the confusion.

Longer penalty = lower rate, shorter penalty = higher rate (usually - not that long ago I had a loan where a 2 year PPP was cheaper than a 3 year)  Its a little confusing. 

I'm not opposed to this program but am somewhat confused by all the somewhat ridiculous fair housing laws that real estate people have to tiptoe through and then they offer these special deals to only this select group of people?

Michael - I agree "semantics", labels, can often create more confusion...

I kept insisting on refund, and they kept gaslighting me saying I'm just "confused" about the deal... they've explained it to me like 5 times.

From what I’ve heard / seen, it doesn’t come out to a lot, but it’s a bit confusing to try and figure out yourself.

It's a pretty versatile software and so far it's the best thing I have found for an investor/agent (I find podio too confusing).

There might be a bit of confusion.
