I called you a cop hater because you cited one sided, uniformed positions of situations while concealing key facts.

In the concealed firearm class, you are taught that the last resort for any situation is a gun.

If the bank "flips out" if they see a loan at the last minute, that tells me you are deliberately concealing the fact that you are using another loan.

Just look at the number of posts asking for various ways to conceal things from tenants/buyers/seller/governments.One downside of Section 8.  

If you're hard up for cash then spend $50 on a trail cam and conceal it well enough (perhaps behind some garbage) so it's not easily seen. 

I do conceal carry, but that does not mean I want to have to use that option...

All that said, boilers can be expensive to repair/replace, so when that time does inevitably come, I'll just have the tenants switch to the forced air furnaces and get rid of the boilers at that point.To your concerns about the ductwork in the basement, depending on the layout & size of the area, you could potentially conceal some of the ducts between the floor joists overhead.

The program was effective at concealing the source of funds and it was implemented to attract mortgage brokers looking to enhance their business.  

I do have a concealed weapons permit - have never had to exercise that right (most people are all talk - talk is cheap).I think what you'll find is there are a lot of blue collar, hard working folks out there that just want a clean and safe place to stay.
