It is a lofty goal with no easy path to accomplishment, but what you describe seems unlikely to accomplish the goal.Note most people on this site are RE investors.

We have a PMS which also doubles as channel manager and is also integrated into our site. 

These things need so much power that unless the site has access to major grid access point you're wasting your time.
