Get sued on one get sued on all.Recently the Illinois legislature gutted most of the protections that made an LLC a desirable entity choice in Illinois.As of January 1, 2025, several new Illinois laws have come into effect, impacting Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) in various ways.

While this is a great and highly motivating goal, most people are either clueless or incorrect in their belief as to what is required to obtain this “lifestyle”.Understanding of the “how to” get there is further obscured by the misleading, and often patently false “pathways” sold by real estate educational MARKETING companies as workshops, upsold to association memberships, upsold to mentorships.

Does anyone have a good effective 3rd party mailing company to send mailers direct to seller?

My biggest challenge right now is finding a property management company that offers rent-by-the-room leasing services.
