Going to college can help you strengthen and lock in habits that successful people use in all fields, including REI.  

It quickly became a drug den inhabited by homeless people who proceeded to literally crap all over the place. 

They were treated for where the bugs had been present either alive or had evidence that they inhabited the apartment.

Another perk would be if a military member trashes your place you can contact their leadership at work because military members fall under the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) on top of civilian laws and regulations.

I'm sure there were probably people, both enlisted and civilian that got he boot down there.

I suppose you're suggesting that the likelihood of becoming inhabitable is low.

My enlistment expires in July 2016 and I intend to transition back to the civilian world.  

Your lease should have language around the place being uninhabitable, mine says something like we have the right to decide our actions and state law says they don't have to pay for when it's not inhabitable.  

In quiter/less expensive areas you can buy bigger property but it might be harder to find people to inhabit the property.- Is it better to rent out the full property to 1 person/family or to rent out seperate rooms to different people?

I am trying to buy a home & I have been pre-approved but the lender says that I will not be approved unless I show that I am either going to re-enlist or have a civilian job lined up for proof of income.The problem w/ this is that I cannot show proof of civilian employment because I do not have a job lined up nor do i plan to re-enlist.I have read online that I could provide the letter of intent to re-enlist, and just not follow through w/ it.
