To answer the title of your post, selling fsbo can be a good idea if:- you have experience selling RE- you price the home to sell- you have systems in place to collect inquiries and facilitate showings i.e. call center/email/google forms for screening inquiries, showing agent, lockbox, security alarm, etc. - you have dozens of local agents who can market the property for you and bring you a buyer- you are listing in a desirable area with low-inventory - you are not in a rush to sell

@Michael Baum Thank you, I didn't know it was Evasive but honestly thank you it seems like to alot of people that it was a bunch of jargon/mumbo jumbo and I need to be straight forward I took everyones advice and have actually been getting more replies I've only been calling and emailing landlords/apartment complexes for about a week now so I'm still green but thank you for your feed backIt's hard to show gratitude through a screen but really thank you Micheal truthfully, I will/have make more changes I definitely don't want to be evasive.
