@Justin Wotton  You need to figure out whether he will truly represent you and your interests or comes across as having commission breath - meaning that he's focusing on his interests above yours.You can determine that by the way he answers questions and if you're visiting a property, whether he is actively looking for defects to point out. 

You obviously got into the realestate game for a reason and even though the road is a little bit rough right now I think you should just take a deep breath refocus yourself and everything should be OK.

Mold is literally everywhere, you are breathing it right now) and there are thousands of types; people have that stereotypical reaction to the M-word, because they don't know anything about it, but remember they have seen that family on TV that almost died.

Right now we're all kind of holding our breath and thinking that this is going to end up resting on the shoulders of the appraisal; hoping the home is not worth what they have offered. 

If someone is an expert and lives it and breathe it daily they can get a much higher comfort level allocating much higher percentages to a certain type of investing.
