You can order a custom window to fit any opening.A clear plastic shower curtain does a great job of keeping the water off the window and letting the light in too.Be sure to make the window ledge at a steep enough angle to prevent anyone from using it as a shelf for soap or shampoo bottles and it will drain water really good if and when someone forgets to pull the curtain over the window.

I really dislike particle board especially the sink base cabinet.One leak and they swell up, crumble and it's irreversible.Tenants always put too much stuff into their sink cabinet.  200 bottles of hand detergent, DW detergent, cleaners, bleach, comet, rolls of kitchen napkins, candles, extra kettles, and 500 supermaket plastic bags filling every air void existing in there meaning any minor leak will not be noticed by them until it's pooling on the floor.

They left the money, because it was worthless.People could drink a bottle of wine with dinner, then the next day, recycle the bottle for more than they had paid for the wine.

Before we met at the Broken Top Bottle Shop and sat in the back room.  

No views, no outdoor space, no kitchen, no table to sit and play games or share a bottle if wine, etc.

I did 3 bedrooms and a living room in a 1977 house Like the man said get a nice wide scrapper and a spray bottle of water Just spray and scrape It goes pretty fast You might have to skim coat it with some drywall compound after then paint away.Great project to do yourself and save a thousand or 2

I imagine the worst: a neighbor who is trashy and keeps empty soda cans or water bottles on the lawn, toys strewn about, doesn't cut the grass, smokes, has excessive traffic, vicious dogs, unclean or untidy enough to attract and feed roaches, loud music that disturbs my tenant, or even maintenance like the roof or windows.
