Im out here in the Boise Market, with several properties, and I feel like i got bombarded when i put my home on the market. 

I did this once a few years back and was bombarded with a bunch of "shell game" offers.  

People have many fears (obsticles) that prevent success but only a single goal that is of constantly bombarded by a myriad of fears.

Inventory is low, Off market distress, property owners have been bombarded/flooded with real estate investors: Bandit signs, lead generation phone calls, text blast, post cards, flyers. 

All I know is they bombard my 800 number and leave robo voicemails - pretty annoying!

I feel like everybody and their mothers have probably already bombarded absentee owners with letters.

I think some of the issue is that no one explains why skin in the game is important to newbies and then on the other hand they are being bombarded on social media with videos from gurus who are saying things that get them views its easy to see how a newbie could be indoctrinated with a completely skewed set of views and misguided beliefs.

Unfortunately, these are the properties that, I'm sure, get bombarded with marketing material.
