Occasionally I catch some cleanliness issued that I am not satisfied with which I believe is due to variability in attention to detail between people on their crew, or lack of training and familiarity with my property.I've seen mentions of the value of post cleaning pictures from hosts on other forums.

I especially believe in this challenging RE environment that some realistic analysis is beneficial.  

I truly do not believe they have changed or will change.

That is why I believe IMO that opendoor (old zillow flipping homes model) does not work.

How do you believe they damaged this door seal?

With that said I believe there is good opportunities there.

So this is what the gurus won't tell you bc they need to sell their courses and are very good at manipulating you into believing you can't do it without their secret info. 

This site makes me believe that we should use a 1065 however since I am involved in the partnership.  

I believe Hawaii will continue regulating STR and it will be harder to make the numbers work.
