I'm proud of the house I created, it's beautiful & I even have a 5.0 rating on Airbnb. 

I have a "Cabin" just an hour outside of Houston, beautiful property, secluded on 14 wooded acres.

We literally got a 4 star review overall because there wasn't "enough tp" in the house and because the linens are provided in sealed bags and not on the beds, but everything else " was great".

My wife and I live in Santa Barbara, CA and love spending time outside in this beautiful city.

I would simply have left a welcome kit for each renter that included some shelf paper, toilet paper, and a new milky white shower curtain, plus a small bag of Purina if they have a pet.

What I love about flipping real estate is the problem solving and making a home beautiful again.
