Conversely, advertising a 4/3, beautiful single family home to single traveling nurses (a pretty price-aware demographic post-Covid) may not work as well.When I go on ff.com to see what is out there in my area, I too often see units that are marketed to "everyone".

The beauty of a single family home is that the asset is a swiss army knife, and there are always buyers and sellers. 

There's the vibrant downtown area with trendy restaurants and there are beautiful parks and green spaces throughout the city.

As a New York realtor with a background in construction and some investment experience (though I’m still growing in this area), my goal is to expand my knowledge and learn directly from those with expertise in this field.I am genuinely interested in developing my skills to become a highly valuable partner to investors.

And the rental market is very healthy.We ended up with a beautiful three unit building That’s ten minutes to midtown where the rental income covers our entire PITI allowing us to save our income for a future investment property.I’d encourage you to check it out.
