Hey Andrew,Just shot you a DM, but low-seasoning with properties below 100k is tricky.

I'm not claiming that running this outfit is passive investing, not by a long shot.

There are some crazy, super complex strategies that could theoretically work, but it's a long shot.

I might have a better shot at it if build a portfolio of properties and sell them all together as a business.

It's going to be a grind calling property owners to convince them to give you a shot, but if you call enough, you'll get one.

But for my education through stuff like school is about to come to an end, so I really only have one shot at this or else you can catch me working at a Mcdonalds somewhere in charlotte NC.... 

I understand this idea might not even be plausible, but I thought it's worth a shot to ask.  

If you are doing a lot of out of state deals, it is worth a shot!
