I agree with Kelly, The Caribbean presents allot of interesting options.

Any legitimate creditor/collector should allot some time to send in a money order.

From what I see on their offered properties by most of the current wholesalers there is allot of room for improvement in the services offered and an area where you can become very competitive with those in that field. 

I had allotted $1200 for inspections b/c I'm taking into acct. black mold, septic (still don't know if the property is city sewer) - technically it's the town and not the city.), termites, radon, water and possibly others.

The paper work & earnest money was sent in the allotted 48hr time frame.

I am sick of it so can I pull out and get my deposit back since its been over their allotted time to respond?

So if your NOI is $50k (after CapEx allotment) at a 5 cap, your asset is worth $1 million.

And I've delt with allot of foolishness and good going wholesalers thru out the state as well. 

Have been doing allot of reading, almost got caught up in one of those expensive Guru programs but held off.
