She's making excuses, accusing you of bad behavior, and giving false threats of attorney action as a defense mechanism.

The other issue is you could actually be accused by the bank of stealing the money loaned to the LLC if the loan ever goes into default.

In those 40+ car flips, I only had one person accuse me of "taking them" with a bad car.

I remember years back on this forum when if you pointed out the reality of what is required to achieve RE success you where accused of "killing someone's dream".  

I definitely believe that this website is very bias who can post and what they can post and accusations like this that the accounts are fake are just out of place.

(BTW, I completed my estimate BEFORE reading the book, lest anyone accuse me of cheating.)

@Frank Sanchez, instead of thoughtful arguments, you have made baseless accusations - against @Tom Cooper of shilling for me, against me of peddling snake oil and making false claims. 

I've encountered these types of nit-pickers before, and they usually don't complete the application.And you have to be delicate sometimes because you don't want to be (or be accused of) acting in a discriminatory manner.

I hesitate to mention an actual COACH as someone may accuse me of ADVERTISING for him... but let's give it a shot.
