Hey @Nevin Wilkie. have you looked on the city or county's tax records to find the mailing address for the owner when it's different than the address of the property you want to buy?

Akron ohio isn't the best city in america for short term rentals that's crazy. it's not in the top 50 and i'ts a very struggling ohio market. it's not even top 5 in ohio.

The only solution I see is connecting them to city sewer which won't work 95% of the time. 

This area is going to see tremendous growth as the city of Bryan continues to expand on its Midtown plans.

And neither will City of Rockville.

But I like the idea of Rochester or another similar city for my next property.

I live in New York as well, but have chosen to go out of state for my investments. 

I live in Kansas City, MO, but have family in the Upstate SC and in Charleston.
