I have run in to this issue with other low code type stuff before (wordpress!).

I have experience building websites from scratch with Python/JavaScript/HTML/CSS and also with WordPress.

We use wordpress for our website.I would add that much can be automated but it does take a decent amount of work to set up and maintain.

The basics of what you're asking, lead capture, double opt in, marketing pages for your properties, could all be handled easily with a simple word press install and the right combination of plug ins.

Some brands I keep hearing about are OwnerRez, Hospitable, GoDaddy, Stripe, Square, Guesty, Wordpress, Wix, Hostaway, Smoobu... 

Because programmatically it's something anyone can throw up with a wordpress template.But if it had that traffic, I would use it. 

I wordpress/hostgator all of my business sites, backend sites and my clients sites, but if you don't know enough about html or building on your own, I would recommend squarespace, and if you don't care about ranking in the SERP then wix is good as well. there are plenty of options and if you shoot me a PM I can walk you through a bunch more.

With WordPress there is lots of stuff available.
