I like how close it is to the Walmart and I-380 as well as the resorts.

That and Wal-Mart, Target, or the local grocery store.I go to Card Cash, a website where you can get gift cards for a discount. 

I just bought mine from Walmart last week and noticed recently that they look like all the photos posted here.  

I would definitely recommend that you get a park with minimal park-owned homes, near a super Walmart, in a town of at least 5,000 people.

On the other hand, the judge is a homeowner and he's going to know, yes, probably off the top of his head, that if you really wanted to do the absolute cheapest possible vinyl floor fix it would be DIY peel-and-stick 12-inch vinyl tile at Walmart at about $12 per 10 square feet.

Customer service is better at Wal-Mart!

I spent 21 years in the military and was stocking shelves at Walmart while looking for another job, but my lender still qualified me for a purchase despite the significant drop in pay, change in careers, and other factors.

Hire a couple high school kids to go around 2-3 times a week (some kind of schedule) with a portable sewer dump tank to empty the sewers and water tanks to refill potable water.In North Dakota in the early 2010s people were setting up rv subdivisions in every large parking lot (think Walmart and Home Depot) to provide housing for the oil field workers.  

Looks like a ok area that is close to Walmart, CVS etc.

Within the last 10 years we have seen new housing, restaurants, a walmart and other shops continuously popping up.
