My best guess-short term-prices will drop for 3-6 months as there will be significant job loss for at least the next month (I believe it is likely to be at least 2-3 months, based on China and S Korea) with all tourism related jobs shut down, and many others as well. 

Hawai’i has always been a one trick pony with tourism.

This are a has other industries ( tourism, nuclear energy, and potash) but I want to diversify for sure.

Among other contributing factors, it's thought that short-term rental owners are in trouble with losing our Spring Break tourism.

When they shut Vegas down we saw a huge in influx of tourism to Deadwood, SD. 

I decided years ago to buy parks that benefit from both jobs and tourism, not just one or the other.

Now, I'm also a little concerned with how hard Alaska will be hit due to recent events and the layoffs, oil being so low, tourism being hurt this year and I even heard about the fishing industry taking a hit.

I anticipate tourism will be down, particularly from Asian countries that account for a significant portion of our tourists.

My brother is in Vietnam and wants to invest here so last year we started and bought that and hire his nephew-in-law to be property manager. 

Depending on the area you're double is located it was probably converted in the 70s to house returning Vets  from the Vietnam War.
