Zoning issue in Las Vegas, NV
18 October 2015 | 14 replies
@Daniel Changand @jayhendricks have provided a rather comprehensive assessment of the situation so I won't address the issues they've already discussed.I do want to add to the conversation by recommending you consider applying for a conditional use permit in combination with the submission of your existing improvement plans.A conditional use permit would provide the use you seek, if approved, and at the same time retain the existing zoning, if it turns out that's the more desirable zoning.

Search Engine Registration & Company Profile Pages?

This company supposedly offers a site registration service with various levels/programs with various supposed benefits/features for various real costs/fees.The bottom line top dog sales pitch for the whole shebang supposedly registering everywhere you was a wopping $449.00.Up until I received this call (although once I heard its name it sounded vaguely familiar) I knew nothing about this company or whether or not this service is worth it, or appropriately priced. My questions are as follows:Is site submission something I should handle on my own or through 3rd party companies?

What's Better in CA? Seller Deed of Trust or Land Sale Contract
10 March 2016 | 6 replies
This is pretty labor intensive each month for the buyer and the seller has to give all of their info (SSN, mailing, etc) to the buyer for submission each month, which most people are not willing to do.I know this doesn't address your question on foreclosure, but I do not have much experience in that area.I Hope this helps.
