If you hire an agency to manage the campaign,  add another 1000 mo.if you hustle the SEO scene many many hours must be invested or paid for to beef up your content.

@Cory Lucas keep your agent but start prospecting for deals on your own as well (direct mail, marketing, driving for dollars, networking, building a website and using SEO, Facebook ads, whatever you find works).

You were looking for unbiased advice, not more solicitations like the constant stream of BS SEO is the best that BP refuses to delete.

As well as  SEO, Administrative, very intelligent and am respectful, genuine and good with people.

SEO, PPC, direct mail, bandit signs, cold calling, door knocking, and the list goes on.

Someone points you in the general direction of said target, you shoot and hope something hits.If you truly want to make it happen...Look to SEO, PPC, or Facebook ads!
