Are you guys still buying property during these times in the midst of the quarantine?

But I'm just trying to get a sense of gross earnings to expect on these larger homes for when things do start to normalize hopefully by next summer or so with international tourists coming back and not having to do the whole 2 weeks of self quarantine, etc.

So yesterday, being that I’m stuck at home, with nothing to do in this quarantine, I decided to do some research and make a list of homes in my neighborhood, a spreadsheet that tells me who owns it, and if it’s vacant, or abandoned or not.

I'm just not sure how to determine what ballpark we should even be in, from best case (low amounts of lead that we only have to paint over) to worst case (rip out of every inch of drywall while the house is covered in a quarantine tent?)

I saw it listed on the MLS in the middle of the quarantine period.

In terms of lock down, I know Maui extended the 14 day quarantine yesterday but have not seen a specific date yet. 

I assume that the quarantine has been a big factor.
