MHP shopping centers  and land developments ( which I brought most of those and worked on entitlements).they then did what many did and went to dallas for greener pastures only to lose the properties and because as you state in those days the GP did a PG.. they ended up with a over million dollar judgment on them from a Texas bank. it was major league ugly.
