You will have three main types of platforms available: full spread adhesive glue down, a click or lock system and a perimeter sticky adhesive system where there is a lip of pre-apply adhesive on all four sides of each plank or tile.

The inspection report guy said that he would firmly need the entire siding redone because of the water damage that came from having an incorrectly installed roof (no lips on the ends, no sealant) and no gutters on the majority of the ends.

BUT I only used that rule after I analyzed a dozen properties in my local market and found that the ones that had good cash flow had at least a 1% return/purchase price.That is to say that the "rule" is not so much a rule as it is a metric that can help with judging property at first blush.

Without commenting further on @Mindy Jensen's actions (which seem reasonable at first blush), I would not want my name out there in a public forum saying something that an overzealous civil rights attorney could use against me.In fair housing, it's not always a matter of whether actual discrimination took place, but whether opposing counsel can use something - no matter how innocent - to poison the well.My E&O provider told me of a case where a real estate agent was helping a renter to get an apartment.
