Hey @Trey Holloway, there are products out there that fit the 10% down model, but you will have to hunt for one.I don't agree with @Jaycee Greene that banks don't finance STRs.

You having a brokerage model of influencing price is SUICIDE.   

I do this to ensure they understand the cleanliness and cooperation is key to this model working for them and myself.

Yes The utilities and common area cleaning are included into my expanded monthly cost. im modeling this closer to a hotel than a traditional rental.

Also when it came time to pick the finish products (tile/stone/fixtures/etc) I would request getting the manufacturer, the model #, sku#, picture if possible...everything.
