Now just in case I misunderstood and you are referring to owning real estate as a single member LLC as a sole proprietor, this does not open the door to a plaintiffs counsel going after your personal assets easier than if it is a multi-member LLC as long as you conduct your business correctly.

I always have ceiling fans installed in the main living areas, and at the very least have brackets in place in bedrooms just in case tenants want a ceiling fan installed.

I have heard these tenants are difficult particularly with the house maintenance and timely payments that I why I like to have more of a security deposit, just in case no payment or damage to the house happens. how more fair can it become?

It may be good for CRM.When I said bad data..Many of the properties e.g. failed listings failed two years back..filters don't produce correct reports, MLS listings are incorrect- seems like they dont refresh regulalry, equity and rate seems like guesses.Having said that I still believe it may be the best of all.Thanks for your responseQuote from @Justin Silverio: @Sandeep Dhall I'm curious what you mean by bad data.

You need a price point of how much you want to spend for and home and make sure you have money to fix up the property and an emergency funds free and clear just in case something goes wrong.
