Apple literally creates markets for themselves - for example the graphical user interface, the single form computer iMac, the iPod, the iPhone, etc.

I want to form an interface for sellers and buyers alike, and especially get the word out to the realtor community in order to get their potential lease option properties/seller financed properties on the site.

I'd been using Nambu, but Seesmic looks to be a lot cleaner of an interface. :)

The code is all done, I'm just "prettying up" the interface.

Do you have a section of your website (or other online interface/software?)

And does anybody use an online interface where for example both rental owners and tenants can login to archive and review rental agreements, ids of the tenants, repairs done, signed rental contract, etc.?

I'm just concerned that they won't have a robust online banking interface for doing wire transfers and other things I do currently through BOfA (I had a CD in a small regional bank a few years ago and the website was primitive, and seemed to have security issues as well.)

Hello Everyone,Not sure how many of you all have installed the new Windows 10 update, but based upon my experience so far I would recommend that you hold off on upgrading to the new system.The new user interface is nice and very clean, but as far as performance I have noticed that Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & several other programs have been crashing frequently...even when trying to perform basic tasks...Is anybody else having these issues?

I'd use 7+ years (7 to 20 or 25 perhaps).I don't know Alesco (it looks suspiciously like Click2Mail - same terrible data search interface).  

Realty Juggler has a free 90 day trial, but the interface feels a little 2002ish.
