I invest in a strong rental market with high demand, but I have not been around long enough to experience firsthand what happens to the market once the snow starts falling (Indiana).

.- Property is in Pennsylvania so there will be snow. - Long term goal would be to sell down the line so would hate to have the tenants trash the hardwood. 

My thoughts why drive north for a few hours and worry about the snow if I can fly south for 2 hours and find a good market and not deal w ice and snow..
