I would suggest hiring a professional hardwood floor refinisher or you could take a swing at it by renting a drum sander or U-sander from Home Depot.As for roofing it really depends.

I know others use letters to drum up thier business and in some areas of RE I suppose it works well.

The only things I've been okay with doing every day in terms of work is playing drums and investing in real estate.
