Talk to folks at the Chamber of Commerce to get the scoop on the area's economic forecast and how other businesses see the future of MHPs in the area.We just had two cases of older Parks being run out of business b/c the new City Council created so many new ordinances there was no way the owners could afford to become compliant with the new rules.

In my county you have to submit an application to the building code council, advertise with in 500 ft radius of the property and after the BCC approves you still have to be approved by the county council. and that is assuming no one objects.

But I also don't want to be the one to find out the hard way.You are correct that plenty of people do this process, and that's a part of their risk assessment they have taken under advisement from their legal council, so it's fine for them.

Jeff met (in person) with  Ohio's top Real Estate regulator and the Real Estate Commissions's in house council regarding wholesaling.Jeff's opinion that that wholesaling is legal in Ohio as long as its done CORRECTLY.
